About Me

About Me

With over two decades of experience across government, law, and community leadership, my work is grounded in both professional rigour and deep human understanding.

I began my career within the Home Office in immigration and intelligence, before serving as an Entry Clearance Officer at a British High Commission overseas with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. I later qualified as a solicitor and now work within HMCTS as a Family Legal Adviser, gaining direct insight into the emotional realities of family breakdown, trauma, and life transitions.

Alongside this, I have contributed to community leadership as a former councillor, with public service forming part of my family legacy.

I am also a trained Aafiyah Healing practitioner, focusing on the deeper emotional patterns underlying stress and personal challenges.

This combined experience forms the foundation of Metamentis  bringing together legal insight, public service, and holistic wellbeing to support meaningful, lasting change.

Professional Background

Alongside my healing work, I am also a qualified solicitor with a background in structured thinking, research, and professional practice.

This background has shaped the way I approach emotional resilience, combining structured frameworks with compassionate healing practices.

Qualified Aafiyah Healing Practitioner

I am a trained Aafiyah Healing practitioner.

Aafiyah Healing is an alternative healing modality that focuses on identifying the underlying emotional root causes of physical and emotional ailments.

The approach works holistically, helping clients safely explore and release emotional blockages that may have been held within the body and mind for many years.

Many individuals experience emotional clarity and relief through this process.

Why Metamentis Exists

Through my own journey and extensive research into healing disciplines, I discovered that Aafiyah Healing offered a powerful pathway for emotional release and transformation.

Metamentis was created to provide a safe and structured environment where others could explore healing and develop emotional resilience.
